How is it cheaper? - sm

I can understand not having to pay health insurance, though not all employees sign up for it. PTO can't be that big of a deal. It's not like they are paying for a facility since we're all working remotely. They have been grouping more and more employees into teams under fewer overworked supervisors.

And if the IC companies are paying the same line rate, which is 4 cents a line for most employees too, I don't really see how it's that big of a savings to the company. If the ICs are paying 4 cents per line, where is the profit to the ICs unless MModal is paying them more? And if they are paying them more, isn't that actually more expensive than just paying employees 4 cents a line themselves? If they are paying 6 cents a line to the IC companies, doesn't that eat into whatever they might have saved on PTO/benefits, etc?

I don't doubt they are doing it. I have been hearing about it here for at least a year. Just not seeing where the big savings is to MModal.
