Every single MT should refuse to work unless and until the wages and treatment improve to the point of working for decent wages (enough to be self- supporting at a minimum) and treatment befitting to an intelligent fellow human being. If everyone continues to accept the status quo, NOTHING WILL CHANGE! At this point, what do you have to lose? You're losing a lot of money being OOW and just waiting for work. In addition, your stress level is probably off the charts. Just do it!
