Like need to make a living. Like this used to be a 'career.' You used to get a decent wage for your commitment. IC is a joke and the joke is on us. No differential, no benefits, no taxes taken out, and below minimum wage. They WANT you for 2nd and 3rd shifts. In house pays extra for those shifts to clerks, housekeepers, food service, and distribution, etc., and they do not have to even know medical terminology. Then when you do not finish by midnight, they send it over to India and the Philippines. Too bad for US American MTs.
