I have yet to see a company that hires ICs advertise for shift differential for night/late night shifts, weekends or holidays. It is the same 4 cpl no matter when you work, so why go the extra mile? There is nothing fair with these jobs anymore, you have to do what you can, hence, many MTs have 2 or 3 different companies they work for. The companies have made it impossible to have any sort of shift or decent pay.
