Full time $15.70 an hour minimum ($32,656 a year), vacation/holiday pay, personal PTO, 401K, medical/dental plan, group life/LTD insurance, Christmas bonus, closed Sundays.
And then we have companies looking for 10 years experience in acute care, expecting 99% accuracy with crap sound quality/dictators, etc. and paying 4 cents per line? Something is very wrong here.
I know people have issues with Hobby Lobby, but this is not about that. It's about basically unskilled people being paid better and offered more than people with the varied skills of an MT. MTSOs have NO respect for the MT!
No, I'm not applying. Can't stand for 8 hours.
