If you are superb (99.65 I think it is now) editing for non-English speaking physicians' plus you don't mind sitting in your chair long after hour shift has ended (to make up for the millions of times you had to clock out due to No Jobs Available, then you will do great and you should take the job if offered. However, if you expect to get jobs during your entire shift and occasionally a good dictator, well that time is long gone.
