Less than minimum wage. Multiple accounts (10 to 12) every day so you cannot become familiar with any of them and your line count will suffer. Horrible situation. Many minutes spent waiting for jobs to download and just sitting there, while your line count takes a dive. A lot of the dictation is bad due to cell phone use and bad audio. Every day NJA (no job availability) and you either use your PTO (paid time off) or you can take time without pay, or you can make it up, but guess what? When you go to make it up, there is NO WORK! They make it impossible for you to succeed, yet they claim to be there for you in any way possible (not true)!
