Even the unseasoned MTs... - Anon

...would learn to become very skilled MTs if M-Modal didn't create such a harsh and unusual work environment.  The very nature of the atmosphere here and unending nagging by managers over stupid things like figuring out Workforce and it's complicated out of work processes absolutely wear out and confuse sincere individuals who could otherwise really become valuable assets to this company.  I call it the straight jacket effect, when MTs come to work fully intending to give their best but feel confined to a strange set of rules and pressures and threats of performance management, which in turn crushes a person's spirit to the point of giving out and craving to work at their local Subway if it weren't for dealing with the hateful customers.  

M-Modal, learn to do things right and stop treating your human being employees like they're greasy machines.
