I am not working F/T in MT anymore. Got out while the getting was good. I am a Cancer Registrar now (also remote). I could not afford my MTSO when my clients went to VR, expected me to edit and cut my rate by 90%. So, I was in a doctor's office the other day. Anyone heard of this newfangled thing called Google glasses transcription? Done by Augmedix, in "real time". I looked on their website and they are hiring remote "scribes" in BANGLADESH! Is this what we have come to? Very sad.
