blame the MT for a doctor not enunciating well! SICK of getting paid slave wages (yeah I know get out but I did and had to come back to it as there are no other jobs close by) and being dinged for not understanding something. Hey if I cannot understand it, I am NOT going to put it. You can give me a thousand reports to refer to, but if I cannot discern, it gets a blank!
