The purpose of this communication is to share upcoming changes to our line rate compensation for our Medical Language Specialists. As we continue to monitor the market pay rates within the industry, the line rates are steadily declining and have been doing so for quite some time. Although iMedX has maintained our line rates in spite of the decreases, we must now move forward with implementing new line rates. This change is necessary to retain our position as a leading provider of transcription services and to meet pricing demands within the transcription marketplace. These new line rates continue to be above the overall average in the market.

Blah, blah, blah....

While we understand this is a sensitive topic for everyone, we felt it important to promptly share with you. Please know that we do not take these decisions lightly. iMedX employs the best talent in the industry with many who have joined us from the competition based on several different reasons, including our culture, standards and compensation.
