My beef is not so much about what they DO pay (though I do think 7 and 3 is ridiculous), but what they have taken away. In the last 2 years there have been at least 4 pay changes through various methods (adding/removing incentives, changing the line counting method, changing rates, removing headings and subheadings from line count). On top of that they reduced PTO, increased line requirement to an unobtainable number, changed what they pay for PTO (going from our 6 month average to a flat rate), reduced 401K contribution, removed HSA, and on and on and on. And management...what cuts have they experienced?!
