well when I performed the system restore. I feel safer now that they are refused admittance to my computer. I just have to tell OneVoice I won't be accepting the job, not under these spying conditions.

The tech told me they install Kaspersky due to the Nuance fiasco. Why are they worried about my computer instead of their own servers? I'm hardly a threat.
