From a QA perspective, we are not always right and neither is the MT. HOWEVER, before you as an MT blast QA I know personally if I can downgrade something from a critical error I do. I only mark what i MUST mark because I dont want to deal with the BS the next day. One MT recent history at my MTSO i cut her a break on a critical error. She chose to repay the favor by b*tching about a minor mistake I made in a dropdown menu (i accidentally chose the one below by mistake). Go figure. No one is perfect, not even an MT.
