QA is saying I'm not making changes, which I am, and I'm in serious QA trouble. It also deletes things I don't want deleted. I must pay super-close attention to every word on the page and still they say I'm doing this or not doing that. IT has reloaded ES a few times, changed versions, but it continues to happen. Is there a way to save these reports into something else for backup for my own sake, since we can't open Word while we're in ES, where I can prove that these changes are indeed being made? But that would probably be a HIPAA violation. I changed the save setting in Word to every 2 minutes. I don't know what else to do. I use a Verizon wi-fi hotspot and IT says that has no bearing on it. Any ideas appreciated.
