I was hired, got the contract, said no thanks once I saw they only paid VBC, got contacted again a week or so later by one of the higher ups (forgot who, it was a guy) who talked me into giving them a try by telling me all the extras I'd get paid to make up for the VBC. I then contacted the woman he told me to for training and got a very negative response from her, including not a lot of work at that point, so I just decided to forget it.
