I have worked for many years for a company that pays OAM! At one time, I would split up the payment. Just use half for two weeks and then the other half. I had two bank accounts, so I could transfer it over. Well NJA started, lost accounts started and the work dwindled down. I just found another MT job that paid twice monthly and viola' problem solved.
I would never just work for one company. They are too unreliable and we don't seem to mean squat to them, unless the work is plentiful and in danger of not meeting their TAT of 2 hours!!!!!!
