OOW - They are subbing out work

This lovely company who is so honest and forthright with their employees is subbing out their work to other companies here in the US. Maybe they have given up on India, or maybe use both, but they are getting more bang for their buck that way and you all sit there with NJA and they could care less.

Perhaps they feel you will quit, who knows, but for whatever reason, it isn't going to get better. I would be looking elsewhere that's for sure.

The company I work for has been doing work for N for over a year now and just go a bunch more about 6 months ago. We got docked on our pay from 8 cpl to 7 cpl. At that time, it was all straight transcription and of course, the ultimate lie, 4 cpl for voice, because you can transcribe twice as much. Yeah, like that happened!
