will ever get better. The big MTSOs outsourcing their work are controlling the market and the smaller MTSOs who are literally working for those big MTSOs now. They're not independent companies anymore, they're governed by Nuance and others.
I work for one company that sends us threatening emails daily about how we could lose accounts to other MTSOs, but they have so many MTs working on these accounts to meet TATs that it's almost impossible to learn an account accurately anymore.
They have to have 30 MTs on one medium acute care account to keep the workload down or else they miss TAT and thus threats from Nuance/others about losing the accounts.
We're all working as ICs so no one works a schedule anymore, and it's impossible for the outsource companies to manage these accounts without overhiring.
