The Messy Link - Dusty

Just read an article by Harvard Fellow C. Rosenthal about how management techniques of today are rooted in those of plantation owners going back to the 1800s.  Of course I am in no way implying that the current situation is comparable to the kind of inhumane treatment endured by actual slaves.  If you read the article, I believe she says something to that effect.  Some of what she found in her research is quite a revelation, at least to me.  The article is entitled, The Messy Link Between Slave Owners and Modern Management.  I respectfully submit it for those who are interested.
