National Labor Board states it prohibits employers from taking certain actions that would interfere with employee rights to ACT TOGETHER to improve the terms and conditions of their employers (like starting/joining a union).
I wonder if this applies -- Not letting MTs communicate with each other. Ask your manager, "can we MTs have the email addresses or names of our coworkers?" See if they say no. Is this interfering? How can we work together if they won't let us talk to each other?
I wonder.
