This doesn't make any sense. They supposedly own the S account on Imedx and not even that is coming through. Supposedly they had a live account that they were supposed to help out on that's not coming through. They only communicate when there are lots of jobs or they're going out of TAT.
As for the Fluency accounts. They decided not to do them anymore once they decided to do business with Imedx, even though they didn't give it chance to work out first. Why not let us work on all accounts instead of focusing on one. The only thing they accomplished is relying on Imedx, and we see how this is turning out.
