If trained - On platform

I got 1 hour training 2 weeks ago and I told them I did not want to do it because the platform only counts VBC and my contract says I get paid for spaces. SS said they can pay for spaces, but they never told me how they can take a platform that only pays VBC and change it. So, I waited and with the incentive thought that it would override the VBC thing, but then when I tried it Saturday night and had questions, IM was DO NOT DISTURB. I cannot learn a new platform and have no questions. Now the 10 cpl incentive is only for trained people because they do not want questions it seems, so I am out.
