Are they going to micromanage IC's? - sm

Are they going to monitor inactive time for ICs like they do for employees? That's the main reason I left and am happy as an IC. No one's watching me or monitoring my bathroom breaks. I can't see how this would even work. This whole situation gets more and more bizarre.
