I have worked with BW for over a year and have never had any issues. I have 15+ years' experience. Nothing underhanded has ever occurred. She never requested ID or even asked for tax info when beginning. She only asked for my tax info at the end of the year. She is a small company. Yes, she pays monthly. Those are her terms as she gets paid monthly herself. This has always been a part-time or p.r.n. position for me. Doing transcription full time will not pay the bills with almost any company you work for nowadays and it has always been in all my 15 years just a supplement. I think her turn-a-round requirements on her work are fair also. When I first started, the specialty was new to me and she was very patient and understanding. She is always accommodating when having to reschedule too. I have since gotten a full time position (outside of transcription), but I continue to work p.r.n. with BW because I have enjoyed it so much. If the money could be made in our profession without all the bullxxxx and hoops that have to be jumped through with a lot of these companies, I would be doing it full time.

Just thought I would give my 2 cents.
