Did IC for 2-1/2 years. It's a crock. Sure IC, then they don't have to worry about your taxes (it's our problem), don't have to give you any benefits, don't have to give you vacation or paid time off. But God forbid you tell them you can't work some weekend! IC, my foot! They want you to make up that time! That's why they are all going to IC status. It is ALL to THEIR advantage! Me, I quit altogether.
