I worked at KS for 8 years (left 5 years ago due to several issues) and they have a VERY long history of this that goes back many, many years. However, it is clearly MUCH worse now. I would definitely check to make sure they have been paying payroll taxes. They were (and I'm sure still are) in debt to the IRS for many years worth of unpaid back taxes to the tune of at least a million dollars (at least that's what I was told by a former coordinator there). I would be on the phone with the DOL immediately as well as checking with the IRS to make sure they are submitting payroll taxes. This company is likely finally getting ready to fold.

Please, please, please don't be afraid to report this to the DOL. The owner has been allowed to get away with this crap for way too long and she will continue to if people don't start speaking up and reporting this each time it happens.
