We are not allowed to be distracted but apparently our managers can to their heart's content. It is a company policy to replay to time off requested for holiday by 35 days before said holiday. Here we are October 31st. Has anyone heard about time off requests yet? Seems to me if company policy is not honored by management we get the time off by default. Just saying.
