We get dinged no matter what!!!! It's all up to the QA person and I'm sure if they spot a mistake even if it's a template, they will ding us. I've started trying to remember to write down on my list if the report was a template or not, so that I can 'appeal' it if I get dinged for anything.
I wonder who types those templates? Every single one has mistakes and some have multiple mistakes. What a joke!!!! I hate this place, too!!!
