A few of the top management with TT went to iMedX. They made a big detail of announcing their new transition positions, rah, rah. Within a year a few dropped off, and now it looks like a little over 2 years, about 2-1/2 they are almost all gone.
The MTs were affected sometimes almost immediately. Some of the accounts went directly to India. (my acct manager was honest with me, as she was leaving too). Some new accounts started, and we trained VR and then they sent it to India. For me, slowly there was no work, but I was PT and didn't push hard...just faded away. One account went with another service and I happened upon it and was hired quickly as I had experience. Just coincidence really. Other MTs really struggled trying to stay with TT/iMedX FT and didn't have enough work to pay the bills.
This is happening now with Amphion. Honestly, my advice is to actively engage yourself in finding a new job. Be honest with yourself what you are really making with the Amphion/iMedX setup and what it would take to replace that income----and GO!
