Stay in school, so you can do something else. If you accept the hospital job, odds are that before long, you will be told there is going to be a big meeting for the MTs with wonderful news. And then when you go to the meeting you will find that the "good news" is that M-Modal (or maybe Nuance) will be taking over transcription but they will give you a "wonderful" job and there will be no end to the huge amounts of money you can make!
