I was notified about being put on PM because I was 6 lines below LPH, and was told to log into UltiPro and check mark the box. which states that I agree with PM. This was in July, have passed every single audit since, but must pass audits until end of January 2016. If they have nothing better to do than to create graphs upon graphs documenting every single thing we do, then they need to get a life IMO, or try doing our job for 1 week. I have also kept every single passing audit, forwarding them to my personal computer, in case they fire me and I can collect UE, i.e., showing proof that I did do my job, passed my audits, and also did screen shots of ADT showing proof of all the free work we do via drop list. I have 1 account where the drop list has like 20 different items to choose from that is all free work.
