I got switched from a wonderful group into one who was clearly influenced by Hitler's management style.

She words things as nasty as possible. I am ordered to reply IMMEDIATELY to all of her commands. Then if I have a question regarding any of it, I never hear back from her until she wants to yell at me again and threaten me with performance management.

She is a real witch this one.
