And then they tell you to take the unpaid Enrich class to become a better transcriptionist. Really, at this point there is nothing you can teach me. The only thing that will make me better is better sound quality, no skips, no mush mouths, no speed talkers, no mumblers, and on and on! I'm not taking that unpaid class. That will not help me!
