You say it well. I am happy that you will be out of the worst company anyone could work for. The MTs and MEs suffer loss of wages, no wages for their excellent work, and mismanagement by a company that abuses its power and has absolutely no desire to offer the professional employees a living wage. Good luck to all who take the step of leaving a position that does not deserve them.
