I thought the email read that we were required to get "x" text lines and "y" speech lines... or else. I can't do lines I don't get. I rarely get those numbers on text because I don't get tons of text jobs. The email said that a combination of text & speech didn't meet imedx standard... what? If we're supposed to get those totals of each category, then I suggest they provide the jobs so we can get it done! I felt very threatened with this, as if they were about to fire me for not meeting their standard which we were never clearly told before. I hope there's clarification coming & soon.
