Alpha had some good VA accounts when they became a subsidiary of Imedx. It only took a year or so until there were starting to be complaints to the DOL for not following the SCA contracts for prevailing wages and benefits for those VA accounts. And another thing, they were not giving first right of refusal to the American MTs that were displaced when the accounts changed hands as per the SCA contract instructions. So I think that they were sold to Trio once the India corporation headquarters realized they were not going to be able to internationalize the VA work. Many thanks to the DOL, who are following all this shell game and will still be investigating Trio to make sure they follow the SCA contracts.
