prednisone taper - SaySally

Dr. says prednisone 40 mg p.o. daily for 3 days then 20 mg p.o. daily for 3 days and then 10 mg p.o. daily for 3 days. However, sometimes I am hearing 2 days, not 3. Which is more likely in this case? Thanks.

Sorry to say, there is no "usual" in this case. If you cannot make out the number clearly, you should put a blank per your account specifics.
