fiddle factor - hmmm

Posted: Jun 18, 2012

Fiddle factor - a highly technical term used by only the most specialized physicians who want the coders to add modifiers on a surgery to ensure a higher level of reimbursement when extra time was taken to "fiddle around" while making a decision on how next to proceed in surgery.

Fiddle factor.  Now you know. Tongue out

lol!! - just me
