Help with septoplasty. s/l Bilial splints -sm - mary

.A 6-0 Prolene was used to close the columellar incision, and the lateral nasal sidewall incisions were closed using 7-0 nylon. Internal * bilial * splints were placed for stabilization and an external splint was applied. Bilateral Marcaine blocks were performed using 0.5% Marcaine.

There are too many syllables. it sounds like bill-lee-ab-bull, so it is not bilateral either. Tried it with a v, p, c. Nothing. I have looked in Stedmans surgical equipment and surgery. Tried Googling. I am not getting something. By now it should have turned up. Going to be something really simple, and really dumb! :D
