Word 2007 autocorrect issue - entries disappears

I want to convert all my shorthand entries to word 2003 as the in-house company I am working for does not allow any outside software to be running on their machines. Anyone know if this can be done and if so how to proceed with same? ...

I recently started working at home using Word 2007. I have put all of my shortcuts into the autocorrect feature and this has worked out wonderful for me and I am not looking to change that. I do, however, need to find out how to BACK UP/SAVE that file!!! I don't know what I will do if I lose all of this information! I used Word 2003 autocorrect feature (Ctrl+E) to add entries into the autocorrect. It doesn't work with Word 2007. Does anyone know if there is another function key for this in 2007? I'd like to back up/make a copy of all of my AutoCorrect entries. Anybody have an easy way to do this? The instructions I found online were pretty cumbersome and they didn't do the job. With instatex, there are phrase entries on the left and word entries which show up on the right side. To expand the phrase entries you just hit the space bar after the short entry, but how do you make the word entries expand? And how do you choose the second on the list, or the third, ect. Hello, My company is using Word 2007 and we just decided to change the way we format our office visits. Instead of listing the medications in a paragraph form with commas after each medication we are listing them in a column and numbering them. Our problem is that when we get the dictations in our speech format they are in a paragraph.
