FIESA reversal - new but old

Could not believe the major error I got marked off for. A report that was pended (due to the instructions in demographics to do so) Put in pended remarks all information and reason I pended and then got a nasty note saying how easily they were able to resolve this issue. The issue was not supposed to be resolved and if they had bothered to do their job correctly would have seen the information. My TL was great and got this reversed and said she would notify them, but so irritating. Minor errors are one thing, but these major errors get to me. I very distinctly remembered this report and knew that it was downloaded a certain way and that I had followed the instructions correctly.

OMG. I can so relate! I just got a call today reminding me I am not fast enough. When I told her that I spend time looking up old reports for things like MEDS, DOC NAMES, ETC. She said, that a tiny bit of time is okay, but that slows us down. EXCUSE ME? If I don't look things up then I get a NASTY CONDESCENDING NOTE stating that THEY were able to find this info! CAN NOT WIND!

It kills me that they leave these very condescending notes to us how they were able to look up this information, etc. I could have too but you weren't supposed to according to the account specs!!!! I feel like some of them are just so happy to find us with mistakes that they obviously aren't even paying attention themselves. Do they get dinged though for marking me off incorrectly for a major error??? I don't know

FIESA is ridiculous. I think the auditors are being badgered to find mistakes, to look very hard for them. I get minor errors fairly regularly, and they're ludicrous. I just review, sign and ignore. I haven't received a major or critical error since they were first going so crazy auditing with FIESA thing. BTW, can someone please tell me who qualifies for this quarterly bonus they speak of? Thanks :)

I've had an auditor guess at the blanks more than once. He/she seems to make a habit of this. It's frustrating because I know he/she's guessing and that's something you just do not do. I don't bother with it, though, because I mentioned it once and just received an angry email for my trouble.

I do not look at my emails from FIESA and every 2 weeks I copy paste my reviewed comment on all the boxes and exit FIESA without reading anything. Otherwise, it riles my anger, and I don't feel it is worth it. I stopped learning anything from the audits as well as hoping for a bonus some time ago, and my life is much more peaceful and enjoyable. Ironicaly, every once in a while I qualify for a bonus anyway! It seems like blind luck, since I do not change my work patterns.

I had sent one to QC1, they screwed it up, it got post-audited and I got marked down 4 points, 1 critical(3 points) and 1 major (1 point) that got overturned on review and went against the QC1 reviewer. Vindication is sweet. I still don't think I'll ever get a bonus, but whatever.

Has anyone ever had a reversal rejected right off the bat and never even received a confirmation e-mail for it? I put one in the other day and had it say "rejected by admin." What the heck is this and why did this happen??? I never received an automatic email either that they usually send once you request a reversal. .. when you just want your TSM to double check and make sure it's legit? I've seen quite a few folks on here say "reverse everything." I'd really like my TSM to take a listen to this and make sure of what was said since I cannot do that myself. I'm torn between just letting it go and requesting the reversal, but if I do request the reversal what do I put in the comments section? Should I actually just say... "Please verify this error" or something along those lines? Thanks... ...

Got a reversal and then within a very short time got a Major Error by the very same QA/QC person who had to reverse the first one. Coincidence?? I feel like at that point someone was looking to get back at me. The error they found the second time was truly my error but I just find the timing odd. Paranoid? You bet. ...

Can't believe it. I got a 3-point error on a report on Thursday. The QA and I heard two different lab values. I listened back to it and for the life of me could not hear what the QA changed it to. So I requested a reversal, completely expecting nothing of it. And today I actually got it reversed because the reviewer agreed with me. Chalk up a win for me finally! I'm actually going to get a decent paycheck this week ...

Why don't THEY get their pay cut when they are found to have incorrectly taken points off? I need to request a reversal in Fiesa but the button isn't there. anybody else have this happen? I am looking at the corrections report, at the job I want to request the reversal on but there is no button to request reversal. Any clues what I might be doing wrong or what I should do to find it? Sent in request, my TM sent in on for next level. Well, the powers above decided my placement of period and/or comma impacted the integrity of the record and should be scored as incorrect verbage rather than punctuation. How frigging nitpicky can they be???? Whatever it takes to keep you below 99%. I know we complain and complain about this on here and we fight and argue with the TLs about this...I was marked off half a point for EACH blank that I left on a dictation that the tape cut out. The only explanation from QA was that "it was clearly understood". I am just wondering how it was clearly understood. Okay, first quarter FIESA reviewed about 80 reports of mine and I actually got my incentive. Now for this quarter, I am wavering on not getting my incentive with a 98.88 and for the past few weeks they have not reviewed a single one of my reports. I smell something fishy. our post-audit reports are randomly pulled. If you score high enough to get the bonus, your reports are gone through by the hatchet queens in India until they can find a report they can "audit" to bring you below 99%. If you are kicked back to 98.99%, they still meet their contract requirements to the client, and Nuance does not have to pay you a bonus. ...

I almost always get my critical errors on one particular doctor who I think I understand and then it turns out I miss something. I think there is a way to do a report on critical errors and see if I can trend the dictator but I can't figure out how. Does anybody know? And before you tell me to ask my TSM I did but as usual never got an answer. ...

Much as I dislike FIESA and all this QA, what I really hate is finding out I've been typing something WRONG for 30 years. The only thing I can say for myself is some QA decades ago filled it in for me and I didn't look it up. Been typing Campo's fascia instead of Camper's fascia. Took a 1-point post-audit hit on it, too. Shakes me up, what else have I been doing wrong for 30 years? And will it knock me out of bonus territory next quarter... ...
