Lecturing robot - Ang

Jeez what an EXHAUSTING call! Called tech support as had dowloaded "cool timer" to try "destiny isn't free's" great idea and it was not compatible with my PC and was causing lagging and slowing so had to uninstall it. Will just use an alarm clock as the 1/2 hr. segments idea is a great one. Anyway, this robotic voice answered the call, asked me for my number and then lectured me about installing this program. I had to fight to speak in a normal human tone and get questions answered!!! Was interrupted on every question. Just exhausting. Got rude back and then felt bad. At least I got the thing uninstalled. I like the cliche, "put a smile in your voice when you answer the phone." Nothing worse than being lectured by a robot :(

prob HATE it when I call...I don't take their condescending BS for one second...I start mouthing off right back at them, making them wish I NEVER called tech support....ahhaha

PS I don't exactly recommend what I do as it may not solve your problem, but I can't help myself.....

I really felt like a hothead so glad you have experienced that. Thought they might put a big red mark next to my number :) - but he started it.

Theyare probably just as discusted by this company as - Kiki

a lot of us are, so that's prob why that have tudes. But hey, don't take it out on the MTs!!!

Why get so bent out of shape? Simply call the number posted on the MM website and ask to be removed. With all the acqusitions lately it's hard to keep track. I cam eon with EMT and wass till receiving recruting calls because I had applied with MQ years ago. Relax, pick up the phone and ask to be removed. Although annoying there is nothing "illegal" about these calls. ...
