AAMT/CMT - fatmt

Where is our 'union' and seeing that all these injustices that are going on are addressed?  This profession has been sold to the devil himself.  Talk about Kathy Lee's sweat shops?  I read for no pay.  I type and look up, cross reference, research and no pay.  No breaks, no lunch, just production.  I have to calculate and make out time sheets and do my own time for no money and then when we type, the programs are calculating in a way that we have no idea.  We work in the dark and the companies like it that way.  All lies.  No benefits and the games they play.  Give you no work or all foreign and tell you you are not getting your line count.  Cut you off of work if they want to get rid of you, or they lost the account.  They can tell you you are not getting your linecount and then tell you you have no job.  Don't complain, because you will get either inaudible garbage or nothing.  In order to get these line counts also, you have to type day and night and be perfect. Hopefully somone maybe out there will bring this job to the senate floor!!  Even CNN reported how you can be a transcriptionist and make you own hours and tend to your family and have a huge paycheck!! Shows you how much research they did.  The hospitals have used us like prostitudes.  They have used us while we were young and now closed the departments and use all services to save money.  Here we sit trying to get to the finish line of life where there are so many injustices and have no pension, no benefits.  What do we do?  What is CMT and AAMT doing for all of us?  Do they have someone who will go to Congress in all of our behalf?  We need Ollie North!!!
