A few years back, someone made the bright decision to eliminate the silence accelerator feature from Fluency. That caused quite an uproar. Getting through long pauses was too time consuming and manually using fast forward too dangerous because of potentially skipping over something dictated. They eventually brought it back, but it never really seemed to work as seamlessly as before.
It's crazy what they do. They mess with the parts of Fluency that directly impact production and then turn around and complain about the low line counts.
