If you are making 11+ cpl at Nuance consider yourself a goner. Every time myself or any of my coworkers managed to maintain a 9 cpl or higher income each payperiod we were quickly laid off. They give people the ability to do that, and enough accounts to do that, but if you actually do that for any length of time they will send you packing with no advance notice by making up something you did wrong. I saw it happen to 5 different people, all of whom had been employed there 10 or more years.
