Precision pays 3.5 cpl for voice. Most all of the companies pay 6 cpl now for straight transcription. If you get 7 cpl you are considered lucky. They have absolutely destroyed this job. They want everything from us and give nothing in return. No more incentive, weekend differential, PTO, raises, etc. Most all of the jobs are IC as well, so you are responsible for the taxes. Get used to it or move on, because it is never going to get better.
