That happened to me a couple of years ago. I was working along fine or so it seemed and nothing was said to me. I noticed my work was dropping off, but contributed it the usual NJA nonsense. Then one day, I couldn't log in and then I got the letter from FedEx about an hour later. They must have been tracking it. I was paid for my lines though.
I was devastated, but since then I have become hardened to these companies. I don't do any more than I have to, especially as an IC. Good luck to you. Move on and leave them to rot. They don't deserve an extra second of your time. They are all the devil.
