FedEx - sosorry58

It appears that they sent the FedEx to a 4-year-old address of mine, which is weird because I've been getting my insurance documents, tax forms, etc., at the correct address for 3 years. Maybe if they had answered my emails and phon calls earlier in the week it could have been cleared up promptly. But they are into passive-aggressive treatment of employees and former employees. Communication is nonexistant.
