103,628 characters/spaces divided by 65 characters/spaces = 1,594.2769 or 1,594.28 lines (if you round it up) x 0.05 = $79.71. Your per hour pay would be $79.71 divided by 8 hours = $9.96 per hour. Most MTSOs will figure out your average hourly pay over the course of the whole pay period, whether it is 40 hours (1 wk) or 80 hours (2 wks). That hourly pay must be equal to or more than your state's minimum wage. If it is not, the MTSO has to add money to your pay to make it equal to or more than min. wage. Find out what your state's min. wage is if you don't know. You can google that.
